It is time once again for the annual Atlanta Hawks "Court of Dreams" event where the players get to play a game on the actual Hawks court in Phillips arena. We will be playing 2 full JV and V boys games.
This year, we will not be bussing everyone down for the event. Each family will have to get their son to the arena on time.
We need to be at the food court entrance by no later than 12noon so we can make sure everyone is there and ready to go in. We need to start promptly at 1245 and we have to get off the court at 345.
If for some reason you can't get your player down to the event, you can let us know and we will be able to carpool folks down.
It requires a ticket for each player to be able to play and for every coach etc to be able to get in as well.
Phillips is retrofitting their arena, so this year there is only level #200 tickets at $41 a piece.
There will be time between our game and the Hawks game that night to be able to get dinner near there. The players that carpooled can be with a family or coach during this time.
Our requirement from the Hawks is that we try to sell 100 tickets. For every ticket sold the program gets $5 back. We raised about $1000 last season.
Cutoff date to turn in our tickets is December 14th.
